On this day, the Ad Honorem President of the National Sports Institute (INDES), Yamil Bukele, presented the protocol by which sports activities in El Salvador will resume.

The protocol has five phases, which match the time frames already established by the Government to reactivate the economy. «It is a plan developed with responsibility, inclusion, technical and scientific criteria, many observations and analysis,» Bukele said.

The first phase began on June 16, when INDES, and all national sports federations and associations resumed administrative activities. The last phase where all sporting activities will be permitted, is scheduled for August 21.
