In Tecoluca, city of San Vicente, the government of president Nayib Bukele inaugurated a temporary hospital to attend to mild and asymptomatic cases of COVID-19.

The minister of infrastructure and development Romeo Rodriguez Herrera reported that the building has a capacity to handle 250 patients and that including the electrical system and a special area for doctors the total investment was of $412 thousand dollars.

“This is a joint effort of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Development, the Health Cabinet and the government under the management of president Nayib Bukele” said Francisco Alabi minister of health.

30 hospitals more will be enhanced and adapted to attend to the Salvadorans who develop symptoms of the virus.
