U.S. Government hands over 250 mechanical ventilators to Nayib Bukele’s government

At the Rosales National Hospital, the U.S. Ambassador to El Salvador, Ronald Johnson, made the official handover of 250 ventilators sent by President Donald Trump.

In the company of President Nayib Bukele and at a press conference Ambassador Johnson said, “This is an important day for El Salvador and for the United States, it’s about saving lives and working together. It’s about our friendship.”

The U.S. ambassador called on all branches of the government to work together in an atmosphere of respect and also invited them to work together for the people of El Salvador.
