Early reopening of Latin America creates the risk of a COVID-19 rebound, warned the World Health Organization.

According to the World Health Organization, Latin American countries are easing restrictions, among them Brazil, Peru, and Mexico, and this poses an actual risk.

This last country has already reported 100,000 infections, and recorded 1,092 deaths in the last 24 hours, the highest figure officially recorded.
